What Things?

Just think, if God made the grass in all its beauty, yet, the grass is cut down, trampled on, burned up in a blink of an eye, and God STILL gave it purpose and beauty, how much more are we?

We, as human beings worry about our day to day lives with little or no faith. This scripture reminds us to take a look at the grass, does it look concerned? Ok, how can grass "look" concerned you ask, let's look at the bird, the dog, the zebra, now think about them, do they look concerned or losing sleep, then why should we?

Scripture says to seek FIRST his kingdom and righteous and all the "things" will be given to you. The key word being "FIRST".

Pretty straightforward promise don't you think? So try it! put to practice, not to worry; go outside and look at the grass, the bird, the dog, the zebra to remind yourself how cool and calm to remain (surely we have more faith than a zebra); and then do that which is Called of you by God and watch God take care of all your needs. But, you must do what He called you to do FIRST! and THEN the "things" happen.

My version of this scripture, "take of God's business (what He asks of you) and he will take care of your business (what you ask!)"

"But seek FIRST his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

Matthew 6:29-33
